Posestvo Pule Slovenia
Posestvo Pule (Pule Estate) is just an hour away from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia and Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. It is located near the medieval Čretež Castle (Reitenburg) and it offers a pure luxury in Slovenian countryside. We decided to visit Posestvo Pule in late October when the weather was still perfect for a cozy weekend in peaceful nature.
Posestvo Pule has nine exclusive wooden houses. These comfortable wooden houses are luxurious equipped, with a large terrace overlooking the beautiful nature. Inside you will find a fireplace, beautiful bathroom, small kitchen and a bedroom, which is located in the upper area. The view from the terrace is fantastic! The amenities that are included in the room are LCD television, free WI-Fi, mini bar, hair dryer, fresh towels, and robes.
Dining
We enjoyed our breakfast in the farmhouse kitchen. The breakfast was enormous and delicious. Dinners were served in the extravagant dining room overlooking the stables. The food was amazing and you could choose the traditional Slovenian dishes, which were combined with modern culinary trends. They also have an exclusive wine cellar with most exquisite wines.
In the evening it started to snow. When we woke up the next morning, the landscape was covered with snow and the view from our room was incredible. We lighten up the fireplace, ordered dinner to our charming room and enjoyed the evening with delicacies they have prepared for us.
Activities
The exceptionally rich natural features provide a diverse offer of sports and recreational activities as well as experiences in direct contact with nature. If you are a fan of golf, you are in our immediate vicinity of the possibility of world-class golf games Otočec. You can play tennis at Club Otočec Krka or go cycling, hiking or hunting around the area. They have special activities for children in the stables where they can learn the basic skills of handling a horse. And if you fell in love with the estate and want to get married here, they will also arrange wedding festivities for you.
