VALENTINA HOTEL MALTA
This was our second year in a row visiting Malta in winter. We chose Valentina Hotel in St. Julians for the first part of our trip. The hotel is modern and decorated in beautiful, fashionable style. If you’re looking for a fantastic boutique hotel in Malta, here is a full review of our stay at the Valentina Hotel Malta.

LOCATION
The Hotel Valentina is a lovely family owned hotel in the middle of the popular St. Julians district. The town of St. Julians is packed with restaurants, shops, clubs and bars. This is the lively part of Malta, known for entertainment, clubbing and partying.
HOTEL
The hotel features an impressive lobby, small library, business centre, luxurious meeting room, rooftop pool with bar, modern bar in the lobby and even a private underground parking garage (which is free!). They have 94 beautifully decorated guest rooms situated on six floors with nice views of the city.

ROOM
When we arrived at the hotel the staff immediately welcomed us with a glass of sangria to sweeten our arrival. The check-in process was seamless, if not non-existent and we were off to our room. The room was modern with comfortable king size bed, bar area with free mini bar, sofa, bathroom (with special blue lights) and a small balcony. All rooms are also air-conditioned and have free WiFi connections and an iPod/iPod docking station.

RESTAURANT
The breakfast room was situated on the first floor of the hotel. The buffet offered a large selection from fruit to omelets and amazing fresh cakes. Simply delicious and one of the best cakes I have ever tried!
For our dinner we went to the award winning Avenue restaurant, which is 50 metres away, but also owned by the hotel. The restaurant is very popular among local and foreign people with its casual dining and relaxed atmosphere. The food is great, with lots of choices from appetizers, main dishes to desserts.

WHY YOU SHOULD BOOK…
The staff at the hotel Valentina is very friendly and helpful, always happy to assist. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who likes to be in the most touristy part of the island. For us, this was the perfect place to start out our Malta journey and we will definitely return!
